Why should I hire a Personal Fitness coach? Working
with a coach makes the entire fitness process easier. Everyone could
use a little help, and as your coach, I will offer consistent
encouragement, as well as plenty of answers and program adjustments
along the way. I know how to keep you on track, ensuring that
you
stay focused and excited, as we work together to achieve
maximum
results. Nobody's
needs are the same, so personal training programs are specially created
to match each client's strengths and weaknesses. As you begin, I will

How long is a training session?
Most
sessions last from 30 minutes to an hour, including a
pre-workout
warm-up and post-workout cool down. Your individualized program will
dictate the nature of each session, although they usually include
cardio, toning and flexibility training.

Personal Fitness Coach now?
No
matter where you are in terms of fitness, there is always room for
improvement. As the saying goes, "There is no such thing as staying the
same. You're either getting better or getting worse." With this in
mind, I will evaluate your current exercise regimen and help
you

Isn't cardio better for burning fat?
Cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program but you need to develop lean muscle tissue to really turn your body into a fat melting machine. The only really effective way to do that is through resistance training, which is what we help you do.
Do I need to get a membership to the gym?
Nope, no gym membership required.
Do I need to do any other workouts on my own?
Depending on your goals you might receive some assignments from your trainer - probably some cardio and stretches that you can do on your own.
I hate to exercise and have never
been able to stay fit. How will a Personal Fitness Coach help?
Too
often, people give up on their fitness programs because they get bored
or they see no results. Personal Fitness Coaches are specially trained
to get poorly conditioned clients into exciting exercise programs
safely, comfortably, and without injury. Rather than trying to do too
much too soon (a common problem), coaches assess your level of fitness
and develop programs that are appropriate. Then, in order to ensure
that you never lose interest, each program is designed to gradually
change with your skill and strength levels.
Can a Personal Fitness Coach help me with my eating
habits?
Of
course! Nutritional coaching is part of every program. Taking into
account the needs, tastes, and disciplines of each client, my
staff knows how to back up their training with full-time
nutritional strategies.
