How long is a training session?

Most sessions last from 30 minutes to an hour, including a pre-workout warm-up and post-workout cool down. Your individualized program will dictate the nature of each session, although they usually include cardio, toning and flexibility training.

I've been working out for years, why should I hire a Personal Fitness Coach now?

Isn't cardio better for burning fat?

Do I need to get a membership to the gym?

Nope, no gym membership required.

Do I need to do any other workouts on my own?

Depending on your goals you might receive some assignments from your trainer - probably some cardio and stretches that you can do on your own.

I hate to exercise and have never been able to stay fit. How will a Personal Fitness Coach help?

Personal Fitness Coaches are specially trained to get poorly conditioned clients into exciting exercise programs safely, comfortably, and without injury.
