How
long is a training session?
Most sessions last from 30 minutes to an hour, including a pre-workout warm-up and post-workout cool down. Your individualized program will dictate the nature of each session, although they usually include cardio, toning and flexibility training.

I've
been working out for years, why should I hire a
Personal Fitness Coach now? Isn't cardio better for burning fat? Cardio can be an important part of
a fat loss program but you need to develop lean muscle tissue to really
turn your body into a fat melting machine. The only really effective
way to do that is through resistance training, which is what we help
you do.
Do I need to get a membership to
the gym? Nope, no gym membership required.
Do I need to do any other workouts
on my own? Depending on your goals you might receive some
assignments from your trainer - probably some cardio and stretches that
you can do on your own.
