A women's only program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. We meet outside when weather permits and when it doesn't we have a great indoor location. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Fitness Trainer, Jason Morgan. Every Monday,Wednesday, and Friday camp will be 45 minutes in length starting at 6:00 AM.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What if I can't attend all the days offered?

I know you'll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can't make it all three days a week, at least do your best to attend most classes. I have seen participants achieve significant results even if they miss a class or two ocassionally.


What if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?

Professionally speaking…after working with hundreds of clients over the years I have found that "I don't have time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer." An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure.
