Weight Loss/Toning & Firming
At Muscleworx Personal Fitness Systems, we believe in your education and long term health and success. We are not into quick fix fad diets and programs that could be hazardous to you. We offer private and semi-private fitness and weight loss coaching that apply the principles of accelerated fitness in brief, effective sessions.

Nutrition & Supplementation
At Muscleworx Personal Fitness Systems, we not only train you but we also educate you. Exercise is definitely important for burning calories and keeping your vital organs healthy but almost up to 80% of your fitness achievements come from what you eat. 

We will guide and teach you what to eat or when to eat certain foods.  A training/cardio log and personalized nutrition plan will be designed for you to follow and to keep you on the right track.

In order to monitor your progress, a comprehensive body composition assessment will be performed – including the following:

* Body fat test - to determine your lean body mass and to know how much body fat you   have and how much you need to lose

* Circumference measurements – to determine your total inches

There are three great options. You can meet for classes five times a week, three times a week or two times a week. It is really that simple! Five times a week will, of course, produce maximum results in minimum time, but we understand time restraints. This is why we offer some two and three day a week classes as well.
